People have told us they feel inspired when they hear examples of good practice about how people are being supported to get the most out of life. To finalise our current series of webinars, we want to share some amazing examples where people have been supported to connect with the people important to them and in meaningful activity within the care home, but also getting out into the community.
Let’s celebrate together some of the many wonderful examples of meaningful connection that people are experiencing. There will be the opportunity to hear directly from people working in care homes, and you will also have the chance to share your examples during this interactive session.
The session is aimed at staff in care homes for adults and older people, but anyone with an interest in the subject is welcome to attend.
