Using the Improvement section

We’d recommend visiting the Starting Your Improvement Journey section first to familiarise yourself with general improvement concepts and information. This should give you lots of ideas and a strong foundation to tackle your improvement journey.

If you’re interested in a specific area or subject such as dementia, there are lots of resources and information to be found in our spotlight sections. These offer a more detailed look with focused publications, strategies, and information.

The improvement work of the Care Inspectorate and many of our improvement publications can be found under Care Inspectorate Programmes, Projects and Publications. Many of our recent publications such as Arts in Care or Our Creative Journey have associated resources and examples to add value and context to your learning.

You can also find a guide to using the rest of the Hub website here.

The restructure of our Improvement section is itself a test of change so we're keen to hear how people are using the new resources or what is missing - email with any comments or suggestions.
