Essentials of Safe Care

Essentials of Safe Care is a package of evidence-based guidance and support to enable the delivery of safe care, published as part of the Scottish Patient Safety Programme.

The package, accessible on Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s ihub, brings together existing guidance and standards into one package to be applied across health and social care.
