The REAL toolkit

A REAL Toolkit, which stands for Relationships, Empathy and Love, has been launched by the Scottish Throughcare and Aftercare Forum for both young people leaving care and the workforce who support them. The guides on the website follow a particular theme and cover different subjects, such as moving home, employment, mental health to bespoke information on residential and secure care, fostering and kinship care.
