Why is it important to have better conversations - e-learning

The Better Conversations course will be especially relevant to social care staff who carry out assessments as part of their role. It looks at how different conversations between the practitioner and the supported person can result in very different outcomes for the individual. It explores how a “service led” assessment approach differs from an “outcome focused” approach.
