Elementary Food and Hygiene (REHIS)
Elementary Food and Hygiene (REHIS) course is a level 2 qualification in food hygiene which is recognised in all sectors of the food industry.
The qualification takes a minimum of six hours and is designed to give practical information and advice which will help employers and employees to ensure food handling activities are carried out safely
Training Provider Overview
Childcare in the Community Training Centre offers SVQ’S in both Playwork and Childcare. We also offer a wide range of Continual Professional Development (CPD) training sessions including Risk Assessment, Health and Safety, Child Protection, Team Building, Equal Opportunities and Promoting Positive Behaviour.
The CPD training on offer covers all stages of learning from 0-3, Pre-school and 5-16 years. We have resources to tailor specific courses to meet your needs.
Childcare in the Community recently successfully registered with the Royal Environmental Health Institution of Scotland (REHIS) to deliver Elementary Food Hygiene Courses.
All training can be delivered within the Training Centre or out with the Centre, at a time and place conducive to the needs of your organisation.
Our Training Staff are fully qualified and are current and up to date on the latest legislation, theory and practice.
Childcare in the Community are registered with SAAS.
