Quality Assurance
We want to ensure that with each course we deliver, your team will gain valuable skills and knowledge that will enhance and further develop their practice. We therefore follow a 4-step process to measure the quality and continuous improvement of our services as follows:
Assess: Following your initial enquiry, we will ask you to complete a ‘Course Expectations’ form, which will allow us to assess your needs as a nursery owner/manager and understand our audience ‘demographic’. The assigned trainer will telephone you to discuss your requirements in full and confirm the delivery arrangements that suit your setting’s operation.
Deliver: On the day of delivery, the trainer will ensure all participants register their attendance at the outset of the course. A PowerPoint Presentation covering each element of the course will be delivered, and *handouts (*where relevant) will be distributed. Questions from participants are welcomed and encouraged at any stage during delivery, however, dedicated time is also allocated for a Q&A session at the end of the course.
Evaluate: Following the Q&A, participants will be asked to complete a feedback and evaluation form to measure the value gained by each participant. These forms will be returned to CMC head office and reviewed by the trainer and director. Where we feel the feedback evaluation scores/comments from any individual requires further assistance and/or clarification, we will contact the nursery owner/manager to offer additional support to be actioned without delay.
Certificate: Upon completion of the course, all participants will receive a CMC Certificate of Attendance detailing the training course they have undertaken to evidence their commitment to Sector Specific Continuous Professional Learning.
