Forest School Practitioner First Aid Courses (16 hours)
Forest School Practitioners First Aid
Our Forest School and Outdoor Learning Practitioners first aid course is a 2-day (16 hour) first aid course, tailored to requirements of forest school practitioners, and includes child CPR and choking, child illness, hypothermia and outdoor scenarios.
This course concentrates on the context of 'Outdoors' rather than 'Remote', and has emphasis on young people and adult helpers. It does not deal with environments which are high altitude, or several hours from help.
Our Outdoor First Aid courses are fun, interactive and build the techniques required to confidently deal with incidents in outdoor settings. Courses can be tailored for a variety of contexts and activities and include practical outdoor scenarios.
Our trainers can come to your school or nursery to run this training course.
