We've been on so many of these courses over the years and we've been sat staring at the clock wishing it was over. The thing is first aid is actually really interesting and fun. CPR is the most important life saving skill you can learn. We have designed our courses to be interactive with lots of hands on practical learning, games, quizzes and friendly trainers. We have created the perfect learning environment. There is no written test at the end of our course, we assess as we go. 

First Stop Safety Training are a first aid company based in Dundee and Edinburgh. We travel throughout Scotland, no place too far. We deliver all work place first aid courses including 3 day First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, Defibrillator courses and Annual refresher. 

We pride ourselves in being specialists in the field of paediatrics delivering accredited Paediatrics Workplace Qualifications.  We have created 2 bespoke classes. Our Tiny Lives Baby & Child First Aid Courses and our Tiny Medics Kids First Aid Classes. These classes are extremely popular and we love teaching them. Our Tiny Lives course is aimed at new and expectant parents where our Tiny Medics is for children and can be modified depending on the children's age. We have been teaching Tiny Medics to various brownie groups and they have been such good fun.

We provide on-site training where one of our experienced and qualified trainers will visit you and customise the course to your business. We also offer courses from premises across Scotland for individual or smaller bookings. We guarantee your business will be cared for in a friendly manner by one of our expert trainers.

Accreditation

Our quality assurance comes in the form of our external accreditation. First Stop Safety Training takes quality assurance seriously and are a member of the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) & ISOQAR. Through our governing body FAIB we are able to tailor courses to our clients needs. FAIB allow us to move with current practice in the industry long before other awarding organisations.

First Stop Safety Training is accredited to ISO 9001. ISO 9001 is nothing to do with first aid, instead it is an international standard of quality management. 

This helps us ensure a consistent, high levels of quality, not just in our training delivery but also how we operate as a business.  There is no obligation for a service provider to gain ISO 9001 accreditation. This accreditation allows us to benefit the customer by directing our business around customer satisfaction. We adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements within our industry and have a process of continuous improvement.
